Custom Designs
As you wander around our website, you'll notice there are very few "buy now" buttons.  There's a good reason for that.

Almost all our etched glass gifts are custom.  We don't limit you with regards to your design options.  We also don't limit you to a pre-set number of fonts.

Now, this may turn some people off.

Many people just want to order something and not deal with a person.  If you're one of those that just wants to pick a design from a limited selection, and you really don't want a custom designed gift,  then again, this may not be the right place for you.

A Strong Guarantee
Now, we know it can be scary doing business online with someone you don't know.  So, let me tell you about our guarantee.  It's really very simple.

If for any reason you're not satisfied with the finished product or our craftsmanship, then we will refund your entire purchase price, excluding shipping, or we will  redo the piece.  It's that simple.  We take all the risk out of doing business with us.
