Architectural Glass, Just Another Window of Opportunity

So you’re asking yourself “what is architectural glass?”.

That’s easy. It’s any glass related to a Residence or Business. Let me give you an example.

Take a look at this image. It’s a piece of glass we carved and etched then turned into an insulated window. With tempered glass on both sides of the carved glass and filled with argon gas, this becomes a triple pane fully insulated window. We installed it above our kitchen sink. The beauty of this type of carved glass is that you can still see out the window. However, the design adds just an extra element of elegance.

Here’s another example.
This picture is of a privacy window that we carved for a couple in North Raleigh. In this case, we custom designed the art based on the specifications given to us and then frosted the glass completely because it was to be a window above their bathtub in their Master Bath. This was also insulated with tempered glass on one side and mounted to the existing window already installed above their tub.
