Custom Etched and Frosted

Glass Doors and Windows

All of our Custom Frosted Glass DoorsEtched Glass Windows, Etched Glass Doors, and Etched Glass Pantry Doors are made to order.  We have hundreds of design options to choose from, but we encourage our customers to work with us to create unique one of a kind designs just for them.

If you compare our prices to others in the area, we think you'll be pleasantly surprised.  We will also etch your own door or find one for you.

We also don't use lasers or etching creme.  We use the sandcarving technique, which allows us to be more creative and enables us to be more artistic.  It all depends on the design.

If you don't see a design here that appeals to you, give us a call.  We have a HUGE selection of designs to choose from to create your custom frosted glass doors, etched glass doors, etched glass windows or etched glass pantry door.

So check us out, and if you would like us to create your own personal designer door, just fill out the form at the bottom of the page or call us at 919-754-7865.

Frosted Glass Doors & Windows

Note:  These images below are examples of pieces we've done.
This, in now way, reflects the limits of what we can create.

Etched Cabinet Door

This piece has a bamboo pattern carved into the glass.
Carving the design adds texture to the piece which reflects light.

We first frosted these cabinet door panels then deep carved the bamboo into the glass.  After deep carving the design, we "crystalized" the bamboo design which makes the design shimmer like crystal.

This panel has a victorian design "reverse" etched.  This is where everything but the design is etched.

This panel is actually in our kitchen.  It matches the design that's in the next image.  It's cattails and dragonflies carved into the glass.  We have one on each side of the window above the sink.

This window is above our kitchen sink.  The design was etched and carved on a piece of glass.  We then had the glass made into an Insulated Glass by sandwitching the design between two pieces of tempered glass.  We made 2 cabinet panels that matched the cattails and dragonflies.

Etched Glass Door

This exterior mahogany door has the design "reverse" etched, which means everything but the design is etched.

This exterior mahogany door has a beautiful design etched.

Here's another classic design "reverse" etched on the glass.  This is also an exterior mahogany door.

This is a set of Etched Laundry Room Doors in our house.  This is a classic Victorian design that is "reverse" etched.

This Etched panel is a horizontal door that has a mountain scene with wolves etched in the glass.

This interior mahogany door was sent to our client unfinished.  We "reverse" etched the design into the arched tempered glass.  This custom design was created using an in stock victorian design that was modified to match the arch in the door.  The client, in Hilton Head, SC, had his contractor finish the door and install the glass.

etched glass windows
This is a design was multi-stage carved into the glass, then entire glass was frosted.  This is a 4' by 5' privacy window put into a master bath in a home in Raleigh.  The glass was turned into an Insulated Glass with 2 pieces of Tempered glass on both sides of this glass.
